How to Choose Your Size
We recommend ordering the shoe size you normally wear. For styles that don't run true to size, we note on each product page whether it fits short or long.
If your size falls between two sizes → we recommend sizing up. (For example, if with some brands size 8 fits you well, and with others size 8.5 fits well, we suggest ordering size 8.5).
Most styles come with included spacers to help achieve a tighter fit or eliminate heel slippage.

Depth & Orthotic Insoles
All SOL Footwear shoes are built with extra depth and come with removable orthotic insoles, ¼" thick, so you can swap in your own custom orthotics.
How to Measure Your Foot at Home (Under 60 Seconds)
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor and stand on it (wearing the socks/stockings you'll wear with your new shoes).
- Trace around your foot from heel to longest toe with a pen.
- Measure the length from heel to the farthest point, in cm.
- Match your measurement to the chart below.
👉 If your measurement falls between sizes, size up.

Width Tips
💡 If your toes usually feel squeezed or you notice red marks across the widest part of your foot after wearing regular shoes → go with Wide.
📏 Note: Choosing a wider width does not change the length size — it simply adds extra room across the toe box at the same length. Medium already fits comfortably for most people; choose Wide only if you need extra space.
