Where do I put the promo (discount) code?

Do you have a catalog for viewing your shoe collections?

What is your refund policy? What is the 60-DAY wear test?
We are so confident in our shoes that we offer a 60-day wear test. You can try out our shoes risk free and return them within 60 days for a full refund if you are not fully satisfied. Please note the 60-day policy is limited to purchases made directly on Orthofeet.com.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We normally ship within two business days, but delivery time also depends where you live. We ship from New Jersey and use FedEx and USPS standard delivery service.
Can I place a rush order?
No. We are sorry, but currently we do not offer this option.
How long does it take to process returns?
Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks to receive a refund as it involves shipping the product back to our warehouse, authorizing the return and processing the refund.
Are orthopedic shoes covered by insurance or Medicare? What about Medicaid?
Medicare covers the cost of orthopedic shoes for people with diabetes who have an additional foot deformity or neuropathy. The payment should be processed by your healthcare practitioner. Regarding Medicaid, please check with your medical provider. Some states cover the cost of the shoes with Medicaid, but it requires a doctor’s prescription.
Which stores carry Orthofeet® shoes?
Only a few stores carry our shoes, as we mainly sell to the orthopedic and podiatry market. However, you can order our shoes online risk free because we offer free shipping, exchanges and return. You can also speak to someone at our office in New Jersey at 551-400-5400.
I’m diabetic and need diabetic shoes. Do you take Medicare?
Our diabetic shoes are approved by Medicare, but we do not accept insurance. To receive coverage by Medicare for our shoe, you must order them from a provider that bills Medicare.
Do you offer coupons? How do I apply them?
